Our mission is to design and deliver impactful solutions for scoliosis patients. Scoliosis treatment is a challenging and costly process, especially for growing children. Traditional corsets are costly as they are customised and need to be renewed frequently due to changes in the spine structure. While this situation makes the treatment process economically difficult, it can cause loss of comfort and self-confidence in children's daily lives.

What is Scoliosis?

Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that occurs most often during growth spurts. It is a condition where the spine curves horizontally either in a C or an S shape. It can be due to several reasons including trauma, deformation and incorrect growth. The most common scoliosis type is idiopathic scoliosis, which has no clear reason. Unfortunately adolescents are almost the only ones brace treatment can cure currently.

What is a Brace?

A brace is a device designed to align and support the spine to prevent further curvature. A scoliosis brace is a device that is used to force the spine into a healthy shape. Brace treatment is used between about 10-40 degrees of deformation.

Why is it Needed?

Braces provide a non-invasive way to manage scoliosis and improve patients' quality of life. We are developing an innovative scoliosis brace that aims to eliminate these problems. With its adjustable and comfortable design, our corsets adapt to the body development of the users and thus offer long-term use without the need for constant replacement. The lift system adjustment mechanism we will use in the support parts makes it possible to adapt the corset to different body types, making the treatment process more economical.
